Our Policy

Placing Orders:

We require 2-3 weeks in advance for custom orders. Please send your orders or inquires through our website "Contact Us at anytime. Give us 24-72 hours to respond back to you. Our shop menu items require at least 24 to 48 hours for processing. When placing orders for large events or weddings please order at least 30 days or more in advance if possible. There is no limit on how far in advance you can place an order or ask questions about an upcoming event.  

Deposit and Policy: For custom orders

You may send us a cake for inspiration but we DO NOT replicate cakes, we take pride in our presentation ownership. Once a quote is given for your order and you confirm, a 50% non refundable deposit is required to book your date. Invoices will be sent to your email for payments. Please pay your deposit within 24 hours after receiving your quote to insure availability for your order. Wedding balances are due one month prior to your event. Your order will be booked when your payment is received. Your remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. All orders that are booked the same week of your order date/event has to be paid in full the same day you order and may require a $25-$50 rush fee. 

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, which means you CAN NOT cancel a scheduled date then change it for another one. All cancellations must be emailed to us no less than one week prior to your event. NO REFUNDS for cancellations because your order has begun to be processed as soon as your deposit has been submitted. Your order is priority so once your deposit is processed our team is already working to make it AWESOME! 

Every customer is responsible for updating and advising Kina's Unique Sweets of any date change, venue change, or address change of where your event will take place. We are not responsible for any weather conditions, that may result in canceling your event. 

If an order is canceled due to COVID-19  we will allow at least 3 months to apply your credit to another order.

Payments:

Payments are made by a detailed invoice through PayPal. We will send an invoice to your email for payment.

Delivery/Pick Up:

Delivery fee is based on mileage. The fee will be applied to your total purchase. Pick up will be at a scheduled day and time. Please call once you arrive and someone will bring your order out to you.
